Lianyang Metal: We Don't Pursue the Most Expensive Precision, Only the Most Reliable Results

Founded in 2018, Shantou Lianyang Metal Products Co., Ltd. is not a factory that pursues laboratory-level precision. Instead, we focus on providing stable, practical, and cost-effective CNC machining solutions for industrial customers.

As a core manufacturing partner of Aimeigao Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., a company with an annual output value exceeding RMB 100 million, we have established our production system based on stable quality and consistent manufacturing standards.

For most industrial equipment, automation systems, and general mechanical components, ultra-high precision is not always necessary. In many cases, pursuing extremely tight tolerances only leads to significantly higher manufacturing costs without providing additional value.

For this reason, Lianyang Metal maintains a core machining tolerance of ±0.02 mm. We believe this level of precision provides an excellent balance between product quality and production cost, allowing customers to receive reliable parts while keeping procurement budgets under control.

Our production capacity includes six CNC machining centers (3-axis and 4-axis) and five CNC lathes. Every machining project is carried out with the same objective—to produce components with stable dimensions that support smooth assembly and reliable operation.

Rather than competing to achieve the smallest possible tolerance, we concentrate on delivering parts that perform consistently in real manufacturing environments. Stable dimensions help customers reduce assembly issues, avoid unnecessary downtime, and improve production efficiency.

At Lianyang Metal, our goal is simple:

Keep your production line running smoothly while making your purchasing budget more predictable.
