How Lianyang Metal Ensures Consistent Quality in Every CNC Machined Part

One of the biggest concerns when working with a machining supplier is product consistency. Parts from one batch should be the same as parts from the next batch.

At Lianyang Metal, we eliminate this problem by following a standardized quality management process based on the quality system used by our core manufacturing partner.

Our quality control process includes four key steps.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Every batch of raw material must be supplied with a Material Test Certificate (MTC) before production begins. This ensures that the material meets the required specifications.

2. First Article Inspection

Before mass production starts, the first machined part is checked against the drawing. All key dimensions are verified before the remaining parts are produced.

3. In-Process Inspection

During machining, regular inspections are carried out to monitor product dimensions and prevent deviations caused by tool wear or other machining factors.

4. Final Inspection Before Shipment

Before delivery, the finished parts are inspected again. Critical dimensions are rechecked to ensure the products meet the required specifications before shipment.

Consistent Quality for Every Order

By following this inspection process, we work to ensure that the parts you receive today are consistent with the parts you order in the future.

Stable quality and consistent dimensions are the goals of our quality control process.
