Using our 4-axis machining center, we measured the original part and carried out reverse engineering to reproduce its dimensions. After selecting high-quality alloy steel, we completed the custom machining of the replacement gear within 48 hours.
After receiving the new part, the customer installed it successfully on the first attempt. The machine returned to normal operation without further modification, preventing the production line from stopping due to the lack of spare parts.
